its a big (kinda) tube that if looking at the brake booster (thing the Brake Master cyl. connects to) it will connect on the left side...and it goes from there to in front of the engine...

if it says to use the brake booster line, use it. go pop the hood and look at your brake fluid tank. the round thing that your brake fliud tank is right next to (toward the steering wheel) is your brake booster. there is a black hose as big around as your pointy finger that goes from your brake booster to your engine. this is the vac line that they recomend to use. use it.

Could take a picture of which tube you used if you're not sure which one...

I'm rapidly getting tempted to seafoam my car out...

Hmm, would it be the hose that connects to the check valve on the brake booster cylinder?

had like a little wire connected (and maybe 2 wires depending on if u have ABS or not) and on the upper left side of the brake booster(if looking from front)

Or you coulda done my sprayt bottle method, works every time and dont need to locate any vacuum lines, just pop off air filter assembly off the throttle body. If it sucked it all in but didnt make a bunch of smoke, its in there just not getting used. Rev it up a little
