i guy i know owns an original 1965 or 67.....(cant remember) shelby cobra...blue with silver stripes and has a 427 cobra jet in it..man i wanna own that thing, but he keeps it under a car cover in a heated garage with a security system[:@]

 

i just have to add this picture of the 81 grand prix, and yes i drove it on the street like that when evryone was out cruising around, even with no hood or windows and the seat sitting on the front, my drunk friend was riding up there then the seat broke off

The new Mach 1s have a 4V 281...not near a 351, but will last longer then a 351 and are more efficient then a 351 Cleveland or Windsor.

If he decides to do that make shore you get the Mach 1 motor from a Manual Tranny, they have a forged Cobra Crank, whereas the Auto version Does not.

The new Mach1 motors cost more to modify, but you will get more daily driven power out of then you could ever hope to get out of an old 351.

its been a while since ive seen it becasue he doesnt let anyone get too close to it.....when i see him i will have to ask him about it...the car is completely amazing.....it sits in a garage along with a bunch of V12 jaguar coupes.....
