Just curious who has what kit on their neon, on what engine? I can get a tank and fab up a kit for under 150 bucks, plus the injector(s). And the neon is slow as hell, Id like a little more juice on the freeway etc. And for around 200-250 bucks it may be worth it, I wouldnt spend more though.

I dont think this motor is going to last too long anyways, im keeping my eyes open for another one, so Id like to see what this can do. But the only nitrous setups I ever worked on were carbureted, with a WOT trigger. Blew one B20 with dual carbs up with too much nawwwz. Not enough retardation. Which brings me to another point, is there any way to spray with a stock ecu? Even a little bit? Im sure its detonation that would kill it if anything, and having no control over timing sucks. Atleast with distrubutor setups you can adjust them to suit your needs.

200hp shot on a 4 cylinder engine???? but cant handle more than 7-8psi of boost turbo-charged on a stock block??? something doesnt add up. my boy had only a 75 shot of NOS on his neon and threw a rod in a few months time.

hell i wouldnt even put a 50 shot on my car without a fresh rebuild...especially with 150,000 miles

 

The 200shot would be ok for about a day... if that... I dont know where but i seen a thing about a rentacar being run at the track with a big ol shot

 

i think a 200 shot on a stock neon would only be good for destroying the motor.....it probally wont get you anything but laughed at
