uh...
well i've beaten quite a few accords with just my cam/muffler/tb

and one accord was stupid and had a body kit and 2 coffee can exhausts



so if you're asking if you can win than yea...
and by the way
a strut really won't do a lot unless you get better sway bars and are actually racing on a track

personally i think the accord would win.....but if the neon is a v6 too then who knows

it'd b a pretty close race I think...pound for pound they pull about the same per hp for the coupes
Neon - 15.9lbs per hp
Accord - 16.4lbs per hp

either way....the neon is a v6.....who knows though there has never been a reply from this guy

 

that's an interesting transplant procedure, a V6 neon. If Golf has it, then neon should have enough room under hood as well.
