Rebuild Kit

would these engine kits be any good?

its only like 430 or so for the SOHC rebuild kit... but would it be good for just a rebuild?

no camshaft, camgear, valves, retainer springs, etc.? all i really see is a whole bunch of gastkets. what are you really trying to replace on your head?
