I have a 97 four door and I am wondering if anybody has experimented with swapping body parts from a newer style to an older style such as mine if so what kind of difference is there? prefferably the front end I noticed a conversion but I am just wandering about indevidual.....if anybody knows anything please let me know Thanks...

I wonder about the hood

 

in order to swap the hood you will also need to swap the front bumper, headlights, and fenders......but i dont think it will all bolt up or anything

 

but theoritically speaking size wise would they fit?

No, it won't just bolt-on. You would have to do some trimming and cutting.

 

alot of trimming and cutting! why bother the 1gens are ALOT better looking cars!

 

not to mention probally alot of bondo and fiberglass[&:]
