Default Intermittent stalling problem

I've got a 98 Neon that runs great but will just quit on me when it gets warm. After it dies ,while trying to restart it, it sounds like it wants to start but won't. Let it sit for twenty minutes and it starts right up and runs beautiful for another 15 minutes or so then dies again. Any suggestions?

Some fuel pumps will kick off when overheated...may be your problem.
