Default Inserts vs. Tranny

Has anybody herd of people breaking their transmissions when they have the inserts in? My friend broke his Eclipse's transmission 2 times because he had the inserts in and droped the clutch too hard

i dont think the inserts have anything to do with it, AWD talon's / eclipses handle holeshots quite a bit without breaking a trans
my race car managed to rip the front mount out of the core support and i havent broke anything but that

I finally got around to putting in the inserts last night...i definetly feel the vibration increase, but my exhaust dosent rub now so its all good...the only thing im dissapointed in is that it dosent feel like im accelerating as fast...i know that adding the inserts has no effect on speed, but without them you could feel the car "grip" better when the engine twisted

when the engine twisted
But that isn't what you want...you want no engine movement.

You would be amazed at what advantage that little mod gives you when your racing from the a stop. Your wheels arent hopping all over the place.
