Now I have the filter showing a little bit from some whole in the front bumper, do I have to be worried?
CAI 4
My other question is, where do you put the hood prop? The intake is in the way.
CAI 5
And last but not least, Im getting a rubbing sound when I go over bumps. Is this normal?

i hate to be a ***** so much, but i know these things, lol.
1: it looks to be installed fine, however, the aluminum "coupler" you have, well, you can shorten it to 2 inches total length. that will A: clear the hood, B: make it look better, and 3: you wont have issues with the hood prop. if you will look at my project log in here, under "well, my account blah blah" you will see how i did it from the top pics anyways, the rest is good on yours. you will however, have to trim the corner of your battery tray just slightly to get the clearance you need for the tube to pass by. you wont have to go with a smaller battery, nor have to worry about the battery sensor either, and it will not effect the integrity of the tray.

the hole that you an see the filter through is just the drain tube that hooks to the front of the battery tray.....dont worry about it...
a bypass isnt completely needed....i didnt have one on my intake, and it never once gave me any problems....even when driving in really bad rain.....and the filter was a tiny bit more out in the open then yours is
i took my prop rod off my car a long time ago....i just flip the hood all the way back...as long as im carefull when its really windy

Pretty cool man, but your fan is in the middle. Mine is all the way on the right, and I cant do that particular setup. But Im going to try to just shorten the exhaust pipe coupler. I have to wait til Sat. cause my car is being inspected tomorrow. But I will def put up pics
