Default Really dark spark plug oil :/

A few months after an oil change I realized I had no clue as to when the last time the spark plugs had been changed out (handmedown Neon). I pull em and the one in cylinder four (closest to transmission) has some icky black oil on the threads, much darker than the oil on the dipstick or on the other sparkplug's threads. It looked almost as dark as oil that should've been changed a while back.

Default ...

:/

1) Spark plugs have oil on their threads. Spark plug 4's oil is even darker than the oil on the other three, or the oil on the dipstick. Why?

I'm just hoping something hasn't failed in cylinder 4...

No telling what it could be. Check the plugs after about 500, then 1000 miles of use and see what the plug looks like.
