Default Installing drive axles

How in the world are you suppose to get the drive axles back in? They were easy to take out ofcourse lol ... I know you gotta get it past the compression ring but i just cant seem to get it [:@]in all the way... its driving me crazy... help! [:@]

Here is what it says to do in THIS how-to.

Wipe a little oil/grease on the new axle where the seal rides. Snap it into place to be sure is seats completely.

Start the axle back into the splines in the hub while rotating the strut assembly back into place.

I just pushed mine back in, it is a little hard, but keep pushing, a little greese will help too

be sure to rotate the axel while pushing it into the trans as well

Dude you need a Haynes manual, ask for one for X-MAS.

amazon.com has some cheap ones, that's where I got mine. There's an FSM floating around the interweb somewhere...you will probably go to Gehenna if you look for it though.

But yeah, get the Haynes. And if the Haynes doesn't have it, you can always post here.

i actually have one somewhere out in the shed... but my brothers have it so clustered up i cant find anything.. So who knows where it is .. ha..

i wonder where u can get the performance axles for a good price...the only ones ive seen were on modern performance and those things are like $1000..[:'(]...are there any a lil cheaper?
