its a long shot but find out why your tank is losing its vaccum. check your sealing around the return line you put in. it could be somewhere along the lines but you would probably smell a fuel leek.

the only fuel i could smell was from when i unhooked the gauge and spilled it all over...but there didnt seem to be any leaks from around the tank

ok so i got the problem figured out today
i removed the fuel pump from the tank and it ends up that when i put in the new module, i reversed the wires in the plug on the inside.......so i swapped them back around and put the pump back in the tank....

now the car starts right up and has a good idle....the FPG doesnt go down anymore and stays right at 49psi......

tomorrow i am gonna tighten up my oil drain bolts and try to find the leak, then the car will be redy to go

well me and the wife drove the car around town for a good hour yesterday morning.....
its still running a little lean, so today im gonna put the external pump back on and re-route a few vaccum lines....

but, wow.....even though i could give it 1/4 throttle, it still really moved and the turbo and BOV are crazy loud

i put on the external pump back on so i set the fuel pressure to about 55-57psi......i also re routed a few vaccum lines....now the car rally moves.....the blow off valve makes alot of noise....i let the guy down the street take it for a spin and while i was standing in his driveway, i could hear the BOV from almost 3 blocks away
the turbo is really loud inside the car too.....i like the hard pipes

the car really moves now.....i was having a hard time not spinning the tires since the road was wet.....
it only take about a block and a half to hit about 70mph......and it really throws you back in your seat....
its soooo much different driving then it was before.....

when my mom gets back from wisconsin i will make a couple more videos
