i have a 98 neon (basic) for some reason i am getting oil on the top side of my spark plugs (where they actually get the spark)............ what do you think it could be?

sounds like your plug cylinder seal is bad.

other wise just called the spark plug tube seal

Get yourself a valve cover gasket set for about $20 and it will include the spark plug tube seals.

there are 2 types, cheap ones and good ones. you will notice a difference in how stout the good ones are.
