burnin coolant?

Default burnin coolant?

when I turn on my fan you can smell coolant from the inside...anybody ever have this problem or no wats goin on? gives me a crazy headache breathin that stuff in...=(

is it coming in through the vents? when my Rad. cap popped off and it blew the coolant everywhere the smoke from the coolant would come through the vents...

have u ever had the headgasket replaced?

and also have u had any over heating problems?

I actually just had my engine rebuilt. and my temp gauge is about a third of the way up. nowhere near hot.

I just realized...since the engine just got rebuilt. Would the smell b just the engine breakin in?

maybe you have a leak sumwhere
is there any wet spots under that car????

i thought that usually when you have that problem then its the heater core....but iono

I have had that happen to me, it was just the radiator clogged, and then burned off cause of the engines heat.

so it'll jus pass away?

and no theres no wet spots under the car....thas the weird part, I'm prayin its not the heater core...altho the cars been sittin for about a yr before I started workin on it...maybe its the old coolant that stayed in the heater core?

Could be just do a good coolant flush. Maybe that will work for ya.
