Cut the rubber gasket back with a razor blade as far as you can. Then, use a piano wire or any type of wire like it and use it like a saw. It's time consuming but it is do-able (not sure if that's a word). Or take it to a shop, it shouldn't cost to much.

Ill cut the rubber not spending no money on it as im parting it out plus is a roller anyway cheers
