you can easily get to the passenger one by reaching under the front bumper.....the drivers one is a little more difficult if you have cruise control....but still do able

are the PIAA lights a lot brighter and better than the stock ones? and what kind of PIAA lights are you talking about

im not completely positive.....but they are a little larger then the stock fog lights and a hell of alot brighter
