I know DAS had posted something about rear disks a few months ago, search around the forums..

As for swapping things over, I am not 100%.. I beleive the fuel rail will swap, MAYBE the intake manifold.. other than that I am not sure..

Injecters: I wouldnt go much bigger than whats in there unless you plan on going turbo.. Neons already run pig rich, dont need to add to that!

the only things from the sohc to dohc that will swap over is:
fuel rail...which wont make any difference
EGR i believe
alternator
power steering pump
a/c compressor and lines

that should be about it....nothing that will really serve any purpose
you dont wanna run bigger injectors on a basically stock neon.....and all the neons use the same injectors....some just have different plugs depending on the year
as for the rear discs....
you will need the rotors, calipers, rear brake lines, e-brake cable, wheel bearings...
when you take off the back tire and the rotor you will be able to see 4 bolts that are in a square shape....unbolt those 4 bolts and the disc setup will come right off.....then take out the center console and un hook the ebrake cables from the handle.....then underneath the car by the front of the back tires, the cable has a clamp that bolts it to the chasis...unbolt that
then remore the caliper and brake line from the car....
voila! you have a rear brake setup to swap over

alot of the sports came with rear discs....as well as the r/t's and acr's

also go to a wreckin yard and get the throttle body from a dohcauto transmission neon. internal diameter is larger.
however... the question i have for u is, why do u want rear disc? it wont help as much as u think it will... trust me. the larger portion of your brake bias is to the front, and the rear drum is calibrated to keep that brake bias correct. if u really want to upgrade ur brake system go to a machinist with a set of new oem replacement brakes and have them slot them and if u really want even cross drill. costs less than brembo works the same! also look at ur tires. they are ur most obvious and most important handling/decellorating equipment.
