i dont know what times i run....so i cant help you with that....
but i run about 6-7psi....and it beats my moms 2004 WRX without breaking a sweat

 

so do you think that it would be worth keeping it an automatic.and a srt-4 turbo with an intercooler?running about 7psi.and do you know of any good sited on were they sell a kit of hoses clamps etc. that i am gonna need.what else do you recomend doing to it.bolt ons etc.will i fell i big diffenrence with it being turboed and all.also what are som good websites to go to?if you have any.well thanks so much for your help.thanks

 

hell yeayou'll feel a big difference being turboed....lol, just if or when you decide to so that, i dont recommend going past 7-8psi on a stock bottom end..cause you'll throw a rod and/or blow a piston ring(s).
the hoses and clamps kits you can get anywhere, advance auto, auto zone(not the one spudsterier went to lol) or just get em off of ebay.
heres a good site(below) for some performance bolt ons.. but you will spend well over $350 as this isnt a cheap hobby- wouldnt recommend going the cheap way...cause youll get what you pay for! So just do a little at a time, dont try to rush it, or youll be having to go back a million times fixinfglittle problems.

Having a "fully" built ATX is nice, but is very costly.

 

But if you're looking to run 1/4's, it is much more consistant than a 5 speed.

I know that, but it isn't CHEAP at all!!!!

Not that I know of. You need piping...not hoses! Look up top at the SRT thread for what all you will need to turbo your neon with the SRT-4 turbo.

 

i got my intercooler piping kit off ebay and it came with tons of clamps and couplers...

i had enough pipe left over to almost make 2 more intercooler kits for my car

there is tons of more stuff that you need then just the turbo, intercooler, and pipes.......tons!!!! and getting some of it to fit is a pain in the ***....
but either way, it is very noticable with the turbo on it......i can easily spin my 17's through 3rd gear on dry pavement

if your gonna go turbo, then leave the car the way it is for the mean time and spend all your extra money on misc. turbo parts until you have a whole kit

 

a while ago, i remember you posting something about u went into an auto zone store and some guys at the counter were kinda dissin your neon, and didnt know what they were doing. i believe it was somethin like that....
