program keyless remote

Hi, just wondering if someone knew the directions to program a keyless remote for a 98 Neon? I assume they are in the users manual, but I do not have one at the present time.

Well I don't know about we, but I do have one and am purchasing another for a spare but I am pretty sure it will have to be programmed to my vehicle.

Oh, I know I have bought one for a Ford Escort and did it myself and also a Chrysler Sebring, maybe these are different.

idk,usaually i try google. its alot faster(actually like 2hours). but better then hyaveing to wait a couple days.
