I went to a yard, picked up a r/t cluster for 50 bucks, dissassembled everything, took the good bulbs and made sure all was working, then I took the odo off mine and put it on the other one, works just perfect. Have to be somewhat careful though, and DONT MESS WITH THE NUMBERS! highly illegal, plus you can easily **** up the cluster

speaking of messing with the numbers, you always hear of people talking about turning back the milage....but on newer cars you cant....neons have a then plastic clip that goes between all the numbers...if you turn the numbers back then the clip will break and your milage will be stuck.....then you can get cought...
but for entertainment purposes only, if sumone were to change the milage too see how it work, turn the miles forward....roll over to 000000...then start from there and go to where you want it.....then there will be no breaking of the clips or anything.....remember, entertainment purposes only

And just so people know, the odometer is for keeping track of the milage on the chassis, not the engine.

Did you cut the stock tach wire or just tap into it?
