Code 43 is single/multiple cylinder misfire. Usually it's spark plugs, wires or coil pack. What kind of plugs were put in there during the tuneup and what all was replaced?

Just plugs and wires, not the coil. Will a code reader besides the key codepin pointthe problem to the coil if that is the problem

A code reader will give you the "P" code which can narrow down the possibility or tell you which cylinder is misfiring. It will not tell you the coil pack is bad. You have to determine that for yourself. You can inspect it for cracks or damage.
