IMHO, nothing. They both suck air from behind the exhaust manifold. AEM just costs a butt load more. Save some money and make you own from a mid 90s caravan 3.0($15 to$20) or find a used Iceman ($100 to $115). For both Iceman and3.0 the location would be in front or underneath the battery, for cooler air. Im surea lot of peoplewould agree.For the best gains use the Iceman, but to get just about the same gains use the 3.0

Since when?? There are direct fit headers that bolt right up.

well since i am here how much work is it to replace a headder? and add a cat back?
Its just a few bolts and or a few clamps to take off the stock parts. My old cat-back exhaust bolted right up to my cat and pacesetter header bolted right up.
