does anyone have a clutch or a tranny for sale that is in decent shape
for a neon that was built in belvidere

 

if u need the duel mass clutch and flywheel ive got one but i dont know what kinda shape its in. it was in my neon when i got it but i quickly upgraded and tossed the duel mass up on the shelf. i drove it so i know it isnt slipping yet or anything bad. i'll sell the whole deal (duel mass clutch and flexplate) for $150 or if all u need is the clutch i can sell that for $100, no im not stupid i know they cost a lot more than that but i dont need this part anymore and would rather see it go for cheap to another enthusiast. (only shipping in the continental u.s.)

 

I have a PT clutch for sale in great condition for $125 shipped.

 

I forget what the eleventh lettter in my VIN is, but it is a Belvidere car and i know that the clutch is all in one big assembly in the ones made there.
also where can i get an ACR tranny or replacement parts for one???

 

The PT clutch fits it.

Try www.car-part.com for the tranny or ebay. Why do you want an ACR tranny?

 

isnt the acr tranny good??
my car is an ACR and i like how low 1st-3rd is. I've never drover another 5spd neon to know if they were the same ratio as the ACR trannys are.

 

It's the 3.94 tranny same as the R/T and the tranny that came on the 1995 DOHC engine.
