Default dodge neon 95 boggs and almost stall when warm

hi my neon idle bad when cold but is still drivable until it gets to operation temp
then at the stop or light with the break applied it will suddenly start to shake and loss all power
like if i was running on only one cylinder. only when fully warm i would say around 20 to 30 minutes
cause it is winter time here - 20 outside no problem to start at all so fare...........
already change:

spark plug, wire, fuel filter, o2 sensor, fuel pump. air filter. took out the cat cause was a little too hot
and also the pcm just give me a code 21 for bad o2. and 44 for the batt temp sensor it was unplug i
plug it back the code dissapear. now i thing there is a sensor like ect ot iat that f*** up the pcm..
i think the problem is temperature related......it is not the fuel for sure... fire i don t think so eather.
could also be fuel pressure problem cause when it loss power it is like it is starving for fuel (backfire)
any help are welcome......this weekend i will try swapping some sensor with a friend that owns a neon like mine see if we can find the culprit sensor or part....
