swaping the hinge is more complicated than that. they are all sprung and in some spots tack welded. i took my passenger seat out a few months back thinking if i had no passenger seat my friends wouldnt wanna ride with me but as fate would have it, having no front passenger seat makes for a very comfortableback seat ( wich comes with a few extra advantages).

Door hinges from a FIRST GEN COUPE!!!!!! LOL.
ORIGINAL: Corprin
Items Needed;
10mm socket with wrench (3/8" drive or larger)
flat blade screwdriver
torx (can't remember what size)
outside seat back brackets from 1g coupe

Bracket Removal,
1. Remove plastic cover from seat back adjustment lever, with torx driver.
2. Use flat blade screwdriver to carefully unclip seat back cover clip and peel seat cover up and out of the way.
3. Using the 10mm ratchet, remove all four bolts attaching the stock bracket to seat bottom and back.
4. Bolt on 1g coupe bracket using the stock bolts
5. Replace seat back cover, slipping plastic release under seat cover (I didn't cut it, but you can) and clip on bottom of cover.
6. Replace plastic adjustment lever cover.

Not the door hinges...my bad. The seat brackets/hinges from a 1st gen coupe will swap onto the 2nd gen or SRT-4 seats to allow them to fold forward.

You can modify the SRT-4 front seats with the bracket from the coupe seats to get it to fold forward.
I did say brackets the first time
