Has anyone every gone to this site?

If so, how reliable is it? He says that with a very few mods you can take the neons and run pretty good after his "second round upgrades". Only thing i don't agree with is how low he puts the stock HP and Tq at the wheels. I would think it is more like 120 hp with the sohc.
