i wouldnt use the 2.4 cams cuz the intake cam (i think i dont remember of the top of my head) is 180 degrees different from the 2.0 cam thats y u cant use them when u put the head on the 2.0

going along with that. will the srt4 intake and exhaust manifolds fit onto the 2.0 dohc head? or is there modification required?

i need more midrange power.... i can degree cams wherever i need to, has enyone ever noticed the 2.0 cam gears say 2.4 on the other side? if you flip them they wont work on a 2.0,theyre offset differently.
so what makes you think they will work from a 2.4? same gears, just flipped over. if the cam is exactly 180 degrees thats not a problem.. I know they will work, ive done it.

i race circle track, the 2.0 is dead on its *** coming out of the corner. i just need some more midrange grunt. and need to be able to twist at least 7000 rpm.
When this one blows its gettin a 2.4 cuz nobody will know the difference.

so if I was to swap in a 2.4 block wat can an cant I use on the cylinder heads? jus swap in cams an gears? wat about the rockers? an willI see the same gains on the 2.4 then the 2.0 if I had crane cams? or would I need to get diff performance/aftermarket cams? I'm jus wonderin cause I wanna get a 2.4 later on an I dun wanna go an buy a ton of stuff for my 2.0 an not b able to swap that into my 2.4 =)
