at what point(torque rating)to the stock drive axles start to give? the only other performance axles ive seen for our carsare the driveshop stage 3 axles and they cost $1000...[:'(]

are there any axles out there that would be in-between stock and the driveshop ones?

 

the stock axels can actually hold a decent amount of power....but then again ive broken one on my old r/t[&:]

 

i had gotten a quote from a machineshop for around 500$

 

depends on what u wanna do... drag race or rally? draging KILLS axles. they alwayse brake at the knuckle too. around the middle of summer i alwayse end up getting a few acura integras and hondas and other fwd car in here from guys draging thier cars without modified axles. i thought i saw them somewhere for like 350 each... i'll have to look around, then i'll get back to u guys.
