Ok so the heat went out in my 98 neon and i already chaged my thermostat. well in my old car this happened and it ended up being my heater core. is the heater core inneons under the hood ordoes it consist of taking the dash apart?i just wanna know cuz i wanna know how muchmoney i'm mlooking a in labor to have it fixed

 

I found this for you: Remember though it for a 95 Neon, but shouldnt be different
neons.org It is inside the dash board. Be careful though beacuse (as you will se upon furture checking of the site) there is a possability that you will short circut the air bag or the batterey which will result badly either way.
