all i have is a cai and custom exhaust.
So you might be at about 115-118 HP at the wheels. Don't be surprised if you lose.

maybe on a long haul hes got u ,,but light to light ide say u got him,,,dont 4get to power shift,,,lol,,and u could sneek a little bottle of octane boost in 2 b4 u race and u got him but just stay off the highway,,

But why would you say that? He couldn't beat a stock 2.0L DOHC neon.

octane boost wont help him that much. sorry dude, but if u lose this, it will be because u walked into a race under-powered and didnt have enough skill above the other driver to win.

You are racing a car that has about ~40 to ~50 more HP than you do. You would need more mods to your engine.

I dont know if Neon can handle this, but for our bikes we use like 101 octane ... It seems to help, but not enough to overcome the 50 hp difference
