look 2 many people r arguing about the same thing,,???octane boost does help maybe not much but u get ur 5$ worth,,,,just try him and let us know how it goes,,,40 to 50 hp more,,doesnt mean much if u cant drive,,,no1 knows who is the better driver between the 2 ??,,,just try him and let us know what goes down,,i beat cars with alot more power than me,same thing for the srt-4 if u cant getur tires2 stick ur screwed ive seen guy's go out and buy srt-4 and expect to beat every1 at the drags and lose almost every race cause they cant handle the power,,

well i did it last night (wednesday) and i beat him on atleast a half mile streach from a stop and on the highway we started at about 70 and then took off. he pulled ahead at first but i got in front of him.
on the short his problem was he kept on spinning his tires. we went down turned around and did it again from a stop and he did the same thing.
i was kind of surprised because of the way i was being doughted on "which will win" post.
so that is wat happened i beat him

it might but i think alot of it is in peoples head.
if you read some of the bottles it say's "raise octane number by up to 7 points" but if you read the print on the back alot of them specify that that 7 points is realy only .7 points

I dont think octane booster makes almost any difference on a stock neon.But I can say for certain it makes a difference with the performance cpu that actually advances timing to take advantage of higher octane.I honestly FEEL the differance between 93 octane, and putting a bottle of octane boost in with the 93 octane.My car seems to really enjoy it..
