Default Sound from the rear

Ok ive had this problem for a while now, come to think about it the last time i had my breaks changed last summer and they're not even halfway worn down a good 1/3-1/2" left on them. every time my rear axle does a complete turn there is a squeaking sound. it does it every full rotation of the rear right tire. so i jacked it up and spun the tire and it will do a complete turn then it feels almost as if it is kinda rubbing at that point and after a few turns it will catch at that point. so i am thinking it is something to do with the brakes. I took of the drum, and I sprayed the whole thing down with brake parts cleaner, put the tire back on and spin it, and poof! theres no more squeaking.
And let it be known about 10 minutes after driving i pull up real slow in my driveway and all the sudden i hear this squeaking and im like crap its back again. so i was wondering what i can do to get it to stop squeaking permanantly?

and another concern is if it is a wheel bearing...
i dont know anything about them...

My other problem is if im going down a road with a lot of curves. when i go around the first turn i will hear almost a clunking sound coming from my rear end, more from the right side. and every other turn after that. usually when im going 30mph or faster. almost like my wheel is "popping in and out of socket" is the best way i can explain it.

any input would be greatly appreciated.
i do have a neon bible (haynes manual)so i could figure out how to fix it if need be and not too time consuming.

Ucould probably try greasing ur wheel bearings to see if it makes a difference,i had the popping sound b4 it was a friend that didnt tighten the nut's on my wheel tight enough,,not saying thats ur problem though,,,,it could just be the wheel bearing,,,,but its easy to change,

Yeah, easy to change if you have a press lay'n around. My bad wheel bearing sounded like a rollerblade in gravel... About 80 bucks all together if you shop for a cheap bearing.
