so i drove to my bball game cars fine as usual im there for like 4 hours leave and i try to start my car but it wouldnt start its wierd cause my car has never had startin problems. maybe one thin to note is its 20 degrees in new york but what im wondering is how do i know if its the battery or alternator thats actin up?

 

when its in acc. are any lights or anything on? and it could always be a bad starter, but i would look at the starter ground.

 

ide say 8/10 times its the battery,but when u get the car running,take the positive post off ur battery and if it keeps running the altenater is good,,and 4 the battery u could take it 2 any autoparts store and they will test it 4 u to make sure its good,,keep us posted,,[sm=smiley20.gif]

 

dno nothin was left on and my headlights still worked thats why i was like wtf how is it my battery? idk maybe its the starter and my dad told me about the positive end trick with the alternator but somethin with my battery was up so i couldnt even do that. thanks for the tips and luckily it wont be too pricey to fix
