does anybody know if this speed chip really work or not.. i mean 20hp? for 4 bucks sounds like a deal.

nope not good at all. only speed "chips" that work are the Mopar Performance PCM (whole new PCM) or the AF/x(?) from Howell.

Your opinion would be way off then. The AF/x Race version is better than the Mopar PCM, but the street version isn't much better than the Mopar.

i think i bought that thing before a long time ago....crap dont work. dont do anything but make your car run like crap and throw engine codes. IF it was true....they would post some sort of before-after dyno sheets showing a gain of 20hp. and they charge you $4 to ship it even though it comes in a .39stamped envelope.
