lol..like i said im not 2 sure if it works on neon's i dont see y not but,,u put the screwdriver in the spark plug wire and u hold it close to metal and when u start it,it should spark if its firing???,,,ive done that a couple times on my v8 and my dirtbike 2 see if its firing,,,like i said im not sure if it has the same effect on neon's
,,,,,,is there anyway to get direct fire 2 the coil 2 see if it will start,,i dont have a voltmeter and i dont want to buy 1 just to find out its not that,,,,but if it comes down 2 it i will probably have 2,,,
