when i started my car today i noticed a odd sound so i investigated and didnt find anything......i let it warm up just to see if it would smooth out some it didnt.......so i poped the hood and my radiator was smoking a little......turns out i have a tear or sumthin down low on the bak left side......how would that happen?and how much would a kit to replace the lifters and that kinda stuff cost......how hard would that be to do........thanks...

 

I dont understand...what does the lifters have to do with the radiator.? My brand new radiator sprung a leak after like 3 weeks.I put some bars leak in it, has'nt leaked again.

The radiator probably started leaking after a rock or something hit it.

 

how would a rock hit the back and not the front.....and i just want lifters

 

Replacing the radiator is simple and the lifters are pretty easy also.
