the hahn turbo kit runs about $2500.00
i just sold a hahn turbo and manifold on eaby the other day for $300.00, so it is a little easier to piece one together

if you use the dohc you can just get a map clamp.....
Well I guess the next question would be, is there any advantage to running the dohc head on the sohc motor with a turbo? if so I guess since we have one rebuildin the head would be better than spending $220 on a addapter plate. have a link to the plate maybe?

also, Spudsterier, what are you doing for fuel?

the dohc head on the sohc block will lower your compression.....lower compression = higher boost capabilities

my fuel system now consists of 2 walbro 255lph fuel pumps....1 intank and 1 external, a begi rrfpr, and some 30lb. accel injectors.....should be any problems with too little fuel

my car is currently out of service.....i was running 8-9psi of boost on a completely stock dohc motor with 150,000 miles.....the motot lasted 10,000 miles until i spun a bearing....now i have JE pistons, eagle rods and a few other things to go on the motor as soon as it gets into the machine shop....
so i would hihgly reccommend building the motor a little before putting boost to it if you plan on it lasting at all

not a big deal, I was just kinda wondering what it looked like. I'm not sure on anything yet but since we already have to DOHC head he would probly rather rebuild it and havea new head than pay that for an adapter(also like spudsterier said, lower comp.= higher boost which is kool). Dunno if this is going to happen(just becouse of the cost involved and the modifications(tapping oil pan for oil return lines, ect)

You can get all the parts for about $1000, but that doesn't include the engine rebuild that you should do.
