Modern Performance sells the Mopar PCM and Howell Automotive sells the AF/x PCM.

If I bought one of these PCMs will I need to change anything on my motor? Or do any upgrades?

Nope, just plug and play. The AF/x is tuned for a header so you won't see it's full potential until you install one.
