Theres a bundle of wires running under the fan/radiator and I have a couple that were either cut or torn and was wondering if anyone knew what these were for and if I should reconnect them or leave them as is.

its a 4 door, highline..

Ive included a picture. One wire is light blue w/white strip, other is black.

 

does your car have fog lights???? if not then that looks like what they are for

 

That was my next guess.. I know nothing about neons and thier options..

But no it doesnt have foglights nor a switch for them.

 

even if you dont have the switch, the car comes prewired for fog lights....usually

Ill just tape them off then.

 

Yep, those look like the fog light wiring.
