My excelent credit isnt Exelent enough to get a stinkin $2000 Low apr Credit card. So I need to get my budget under $1000 for the parts.

Does anyone know whereI can get some DOHC stock pistons (newer the better) That should getme down to a more(resonable) price.
Im also gunna be re using the mainbolts.

So my list as of now.
Rod bearings 29.99
main bearings 110.00
Oil pump 89.99
Eagle rods300.00
Timing belt 39.99
Gasket set 50.36
Head bolts 38.48
Piston rings 89.99
748.80+ STOCK DOHC PISTONS
SO if anyone can help me FIND some DOHC PISTONS relitively new or NEW LET ME KNOW!

if you want more power, then get a stock bottom end dohc kit.....howell has them, so im sure that other places do to.....then get yourself some nice cams, iceman, long tube header, and a mopar pcm.....should still be about $1000-$1200 and give you some extra power

Be careful with Howell. You might order and never get your order.

but they usually give you your money back

everything should work...i honestly dont see anything different between the blocks.....unless its actually sumthing different between the crankshafts....you might wanna call modernperformace and ask them about the bearings.....
