Hey are the pacesetter headers stainless steel or ceramic?

Neither. You can have them ceramic coated.

ive got a pacesetter hanging in my garage.....it came basically in black primer.....but once your run it for a while, the black burns off and you get left with a plain metal header

are they reliable and can you really feel a power difference with them?

They are pretty reliable from what I have heard from friends that own them. I hear they are worth ever cent spent so if I were you and I was deciding whether or not to get them, I would say go for it. Power wise, you wont feel that super of a difference but there will be a little more power there.

They are great for the SOHC, but since you have a DOHC I would look elsewhere. You also have to get them rewelded, because they aren't that great from the factory.

Look at the Kirk or Modern's new header as options.

Oh yeah I didnt even think about that. From hearing from what friends have or what ppl on here have I would say get a Kirk. Just my little opinion.
