Actron CP9135 have worked perfectly with my Dodge Neon 1995!!
My Actron CP9135 AutoScanner arrived very quickly... exactly as stated.
I have used it a few times and it have worked perfectly with my Dodge
Neon 1995 (built in Toluca Mexico)!!!!!...Like the Big LCD Display,
8ft Connector Cable, Small Design and Durability...Excelent AutoScanner!!!!

I have had the Actron CP9110 ScanTool
for 5 years and it has worked pretty well
on the OBD-I system on my 1995 Ram 5.9V8.
I wish they hadn't 'wasted' the top line on the LCD display
by putting Actron ScanTool up there all the time while it is on.
At times I wished I had this extra line for reading additional
sensors without scrolling down.
