Have an 87 dodge 150 with a 318. Oil pressure gauge reads at 2nd sometimes 3rd mark. Supposed to sit that low?

 

Mine sits low like that also. I have checked it with a gauge and it runs 50 PSI. You can get a cheap gauge and an adaptor at your local hardware store. These gauges are only good to tell you if something changes from normal but give no actual info.
