Yeah, I read that in the Allpar article.
It would likely charge better too, right?

Since the old wire would still be on the alt. that means the Amp gauge would still mostly work, right? Since it would still be getting feedback off the alt. and load from the accessories...

i don't think the amp gauge would move at all since power could be drawn from either power wire.

if you leave the old wire connected after you add the new wire you will pretty much have positive power on both sides of the amp meter so it wont move.

its not bad. it should allow the electrical stuff draw all the power it wants without hurting anything.

adding a voltage gauge in the future should not be hard. you could tie that into anything.

your welcome. you never learn unless you ask questions. i know it has taken a long time to learn as much as i have. for the most part i am pretty patient. its when i has stopped responding to posts that i have run out.
