Default Ugliest Truck Contest

Anybody up for a little fun? How about an ugliest truck contest?

Here's what I'm thinking:

1. Get some people to donate some various small prizes and decide how they will be split between the winners (spark plugs, oil filter, valve stem caps, mopar stickers, etc). I'd be willing to buy and ship something small for this.

2. Collect nominations in another thread, or this thread . . only submit your own truck! This should be voluntary only, from people who are proud of their ugly truckling. I don't want anybody to end up bashing anybody else's truck over this.

3. I create a poll with the nominations, and we vote!

What thinks you? If the people say yay, I will get some pictures of my truck's ugliest nastiest parts tomorrow and post them up.

IMO, prizes aren't necessary.

My 76 might win every time.

I dunno, dude. That "desert mountain scene / racecar" on your truck is pretty nice from a 45 degree angle, but I think my primer/blue/primer/purple/primer/blue/bedliner paint combo and the repaired dent from smacking a pole might give it a run for it's money.

What about bumper/window stickers as prizes? Or personalized somethings from cafepress or a similar supplier?

Prepared to be awed. Here is my submission. Upon closer inspection of my truck, its not thaaaaaat bad. Somebody needs to out-do me. Sorry for the vertigo. Crane your head 90 degrees to the left, and it will look fine.

Lots of waves. This part of the truck was smashed in pretty good when I got it.

Wavy. This used to be a massive dent.
A strange kind of rust below the handle, and some dents above it that appear to be from inside the tailgate.

No matter how many zip ties I put on it, that trailer wiring just won't stay up.
Faded. Looks tough.
How many layers are there?
I don't know if this started out as a dent or rust, but it was both when i got to it.

My frame is pretty grimey, but is actually real solid. I haven't drenched it with oil this summer like I usually do.
7 layers? Must be Taco Bell!!! Nope, just my floor.
Awesome tape line for the bedliner.

I find it odd that your truck has all that rust on the roof, and relatively little rust everywhere else. She certainly isn't a beauty queen. Is she just a parts truck for the 81 and the RC now, or a future project?

Keep the ugly coming, folks! I know we have better (uglier) than this out there!

she is fairly rusty but she hides it well. it is currently being used for parts but if i can keep it, it may be a future project.

paint is peeling on my truck and every time i was it i was primer off...haha. I've got a dent in the bedside right before the passenger side wheel. I have recently removed all moldings and decals from the truck to get all the holes filled eventually.

I have actually fixed this part of the truck, it had to have a new rad support, fender, and grille support. probably should have replaced the wheel housing as well.
