I just bought a 1991 d150 for my daughter for her fist vehicle. still have time before she can drive. I need to keep the windows up but the manual window regulator is no longer working and I cant find one anywhere. Dose anyone know why this is? I cant under stand manual windows where the thing back then that is why I do not understand. Also is there one I can make work?

I see a bunch of 'em on Ebay, made by Dorman. Your local parts store should be able to get you one. Reviews are even half decent.

 

I have looked at all the online part stores and they say they do not fit that truck other than the power window regulator.

 

Yeah, it seems the manual regulators aren't available easily...... Quick search turns up nothing. I think the part number for the drivers side for the manual regulator is 4354895. Could try searching on that.
