Default suspension lift on an '85

I have an 85 Dodge D350 2wd and I'm wanting to lift it. Just a few inches, nothing outrageous. Is there a lift kit made for that year? If not, then were there any Dodges between the years 75-93 that used IFS and if so, will a lift kit for these fit my truck? I'm really at my wit's end and I'm starting to get frustrated. Thanks.

stock chevy 1/2 ton springs from a 90's truck. Mine were from a 94. Cut one coil off and install them. 2.75" lift with a good ride. If you install the springs without cutting them it's over 3" lift, and is too high. The upper control arm will bottom out on the bump stop.
