I need a complete wire harness for a D250 slant six 1985. The wires caught on fire and burnt mostly on the firewall side small box on wheel wellwith about 4 wires coming from it by the battery looks to be the hot spot. Any help where to buy one???

I have had the identical prob. plus some. that "box" is a relay. junkyard item. check and replace all fusible links going to the firewall block. if you have a bad one and don't fix it, you'll catch the harness going to the steering column on fire like i did! that harness starting from the battery is the electrical lifeline of the truck, and are notorious for going up in smoke on older dodge trucks. good luck!
