Default can i resurface this?

so i am replacing piston rings and what not in my truck and i noticed that the bearings where the camshaft sits (the main bearings i think are what the top ones are called and the bottom ones i am unsure of the name) are damaged but the scrapes don't look deep. is there some sort of tool i could perhaps hook to a drill or impact wrench or somethin that resurfaces this area or do i have to get a whole new head and main bearings?

For the most part your engine has three different sizes of bearings....crankshaft or main bearings, rod bearings (which go in the big end of the rod and go around the crank), and camshaft bearings. Bearings cannot be refinished...manufacturers don't even recommend touching them with your bare hand because they could get acids on them from your skin. Cheap insurance is to always replace bearings when you tear an engine down.

yah thats what i was planning on doing but it didn't seem as if they came out...well the bottom ones that are in the head, the upper set are easily removable and already off. and actually all that is toast is the first set of upper and lower bearings. so what are the set of bearings called that are stuck in the head?
