Default White Smoke

My truck has started to white smoke out the exhaust, actually it's kinda bluish. At low throttle, like backing up a trailer or parking really amps it up. But if i drive for a minute or two at mid to wide throttle (highway) it will stop from the passenger side but the drivers will still smoke a little. What could cause it? Can't be mixture because i have injectors. It was so bad that i couldn't stand to unhook my trailer today. I only have an accel high pereformance coil and an open element air cleaner added. No high-po injectors or any thing like that. Again, plz help me to fiqure it out. I'm afraid my engine is going bad

Blue is usually oil. Could be valve seals, blowing past the rings, etc. What engine, year, how many miles, how often are you adding oil, worse at start up? A little more info can help in offering a more concrete guess in possible causes.

white is water - coolant. You mention towing, have you over heated the engine? Get your coolant checked for hydrocarbons, it could be cracked heads or blown head gaskets. look at your oil and coolant to see if they're mixed.

5.2L magnum 1992 214,*** but odometer has been broken before i bought it. haven't really been adding oil, i did once and that was because i went over the 3 month oil change by 2 months. The towing was just backing a unloaded 16 foot flatbed into a warehouse. Couldn't get it int eh door and the truck was continually at idle/part throttle. Heres the thing, i was looking under the truck and i noticed that the O2 sensor was unplug a couple months ago. But i couldn't find a hook up to plug it into so i assumed it was improperly placed and my hanes manual says the sensor is on the right manifold fore V8s and on the pipe on six cylinders. So i thought for sure tit was wrong. Then last week i looked under again and noticed a wire loose i pulled and out popped a plug for the O2 sensor. It connected by running under the tranny. About 1/2 a year ago the tranny was rebuilt so i guess it got unpluged and never plugged back up. All in all it hasn't smoked fora while since i plugged it back up.

did you ever have a problem with the way it ran with the O2 senser unpluged, my truck didn't want to stay running if i gave it any gas.

It would stay running but would act like you were taking your foot off the gas and then getting back into it. I just unplugged it and it stopped and no white smoking. It was akmost like when your in 1st(automatic tranny) and you would give it gas and then let off. It would slow way down but not that dramatucally.
